Our Delivery

  1. The quickest an order will be delivered is on the Next Working Day. This excludes Saturday, Sunday, Public Holiday, Eve & Post Public Holiday.
  2. The Cut-Off time for next day delivery is at 11am on the current day. i.e if you order from Friday after 11am - Monday before 11am, your order will be delivered on Tuesday.
  3. Tastebuds shall use its best efforts to ensure that orders are correctly fulfilled. Should there be any discrepancy, please email us at hello@tastebuds.sg or reach us via the Web Chat at www.tastebuds.sg
  4. How much is delivery fee?
    We charge $15 for delivery if your basket size is less than $100.
  5. Can I return my order?
    Returns are not applicable for all fresh and frozen items.
  6. What if I missed my delivery?
    We will leave it at your doorstep with your permission. Otherwise, we will bring it back to our warehouse and attempt a 2nd delivery the following day. There will be an additional charge of $30 for redelivery. If we miss you again, we will dispose off the items, and there will be no refunds for the entire order.
  7. Can the delivery representative bring the order into my home to my kitchen?
  8. Due to safety, privacy and time. Our company restricts our delivery agents from entering your home. The order will be completed at your door entrance or your concierge.

  9. How do I seek for a refund if I wish to cancel my entire order?
    We only allow refunds if it is requested within 3 hours or your purchase. Due to our quick turnaround time, we are unable to honour refunds any later than 3 hours. Refunds are made every Sunday at 12pm. you should receive refund back to your method of payment.

  10. One or more of my items were not delivered.
    We apologise for this inconvenience. We will make a full refund of the undelivered items and we will also email you an updated invoice.
