It is 100% grass fed and free range cattle. It is free from antibiotics and hormone growth promotants. It is naturally low in fat and cholesterol. Being naturally grassfed, it has a fat colour of 0 to 3. Josdale Stir Fry is lean but yet tasty and juicy.
Finishing/Thickness: 1cm Strips
Age: Young Prime, from 18-36 months at slaughter.
Tenderloin Cut 300 grams (Tender, does not require tenderizing)
Knuckle Cut (Slight tougher, needs tenderizing)
Stored/ Delivery: This product is fresh chilled. Freeze upon receipt to store for 6 months.
